Lindens Cinnamon (Cinnamon) 3000 mg (100 tablets)

Cinnamon, the ground inner bark of the cinnamon tree (cinnamomum aromaticum), native to the tropical regions of India and Asia, has been traditionally used as a spice and flavoring in Eastern and Western cuisine for thousands of years, and was mentioned in texts from ancient China as early as 4000 years ago.

Like some other members of the vitamin B group, vitamin B1 is important for energy supply, as it contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and normal immune and psychological function. Linden's Cinnamon 2000 mg tablets each contain a concentrated 30x extract of cinnamon bark powder (Cinnamomum aromaticum), equivalent to 2000 mg of dried bark or half a teaspoon of spice, in an easy-to-swallow tablet.

Fillers (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), cinnamon bark extract, flow agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate).

Take one to three tablets a day with some water. Preferably with food.
