| Usage |
Spray directly into your mouth, under tongue. We recommend taking either with a meal, or immediately after. Shake well before every use. On first application you need to press 3-4 times to activate the pump. Take 1 dosage every 3 days. This corresponds to a daily intake of vitamin D3 25 µg (1000 IU, 500% NRV) |
